Diana Needham is the president of Needham Business Consulting, a consulting firm dedicated to helping clients grows their businesses, explore and manage marketing opportunities, and increase profits.

She earned her Business Administration degree from Franklin University and received project management certification from the University of Colorado. She served for over 25 years at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, where she was a key strategic leader charged with achieving the company vision and overcoming challenges during market shifts. She speaks frequently on smart business strategies at seminars and conferences and is a certified business and marketing coach.

 

Diana is energized by helping her clients learn how to defy the current market conditions through innovative strategies. Her mission is to educate and empower clients to leverage business opportunities, overcome obstacles, and achieve healthy organizational growth and profits.

 

Diana is a devoted music lover, especially the piano and attends music events as often as she can. She is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle, and enjoys exploring all things related to personal fitness. She volunteers for the Women’s Power Networking organization and serves as a chapter organizer to help mentor other women in business.
