EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES:
Set Up time: Saturday, May 19th beginning at 7:00 a.m. (exhibitors are responsible for providing their own staff to set up and break down exhibits), all exhibits must be display ready by 9:30a.m.
Check In: Vendors will be in designated areas. You will check in to the Rally in the Reception Area where you will receive your table assignment, badges, and unloading dock information. All table staff must be on registration list, or they will be required to purchase a ticket the day of the event.
Unloading/Parking: You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle, you will move your car to the designated parking area, then return to bring your items to the vendor areas. There will be monitors at the loading dock to watch over items.
No balloons at McKimmon.
SCHEDULE:
10 a.m. Doors Open
5 p.m. Doors Close (you may not begin breakdown before 4:45)
5:30 p.m. Move Out is Completed
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The McKimmon Center is a non-smoking facility (NO SMOKING ALLOWED)
The McKimmon Center does not allow anything to be hung, taped or pinned to the walls or ceiling
There will be no refunds, under any circumstances.
Table Sharing will be allowed between compatible businesses (no more than 2 per table). An additional $25 will be charged for an entry ticket and box lunch for the 2nd person.
No Balloons at the McKimmon Center.
EXHIBITOR’S ARE ALLOTTED:
Basic Exhibit Space - The floor space for each vendor is 10’wide x 10’deep. If more space is required you will need to buy multiple spaces. Each space includes an 8’ table with linens, corners will have 2 tables.
Electricity is provided at all spaces. You will need to bring power strips, extension cords and Duck® tape. They will not be provided.
Only Booths and Corner Booths will have pipe and drape dividers in between the tables.
Each space will receive one (1) admission ticket and one (1) boxed lunch, additional tickets and/or lunches may be purchased separately.
Helpers at your spaces will be required to have an entry ticket.
